You want to be able to reach your target market, but determining “how” to do this, can be difficult for small businesses. Attraction Marketing is the process of showing customers through demonstration why they can’t live without your product or service. This process utilises audience trust alongside product education to ultimately convince your target market to make a purchase or book your service.

Tony works in the area of customer experience, innovative technology and digital disruption. He assists growing companies to become market leaders through creative brand strategy, brand experience and digital solutions across multiple platforms. He is passionate about future-proofing brands – from start-ups to corporates, helping them engage with an ever-changing market of consumers.
He writes for a number of publications including Sydney Morning Herald on the subject of brand strategy and has been the Brand Experience Expert for Kochie’s Business Builders - a national business TV show which airs to an audience of 3 million and a weekly blog which is sent to over 100,000 small businesses across Australia. Melissa is passionate about empowering business owners and brands with marketing knowledge and authentic ‘Rockstar confidence’, so they are brave enough to attract the right kind of audience via their personal brand, and create the freedom, industry impact and profit of their dreams.
Melissa is the founder and director of Divine Creative Agency and also has an online education course that helps people to find their voice and create their own version of what a Rockstar Personal brand means to them through creating content that connects.
Divine Creative Agency has been active for almost 25 years, providing services around marketing coaching and strategies for business owners, branding, content creation, high-performance websites and engaging video. Her clients range from small businesses to large companies from Rheem Australia, MDC Camper Trailers, St George Hospital, Scott Morrison MP, Jandson Homes, AMP, and Diabetes NSW.
Melissa is also the proud lead singer of a Sydney-based rock band, Evolution Rock. She is a qualified NLP and Spiral Practitioner, which is a holistic healing service based on the principles of kinesiology, the chakra system and NLP. Melissa loves camping and attending music festivals around the country now that her three sons are all grown up! She hosts the podcast ‘Connected with Melissa J Scott’, and has recently competed in a body sculpting competition, winning the Masters division! She is a seasoned professional speaker, trainer & media commentator, who co-founded a digital marketing agency Buzz Web Media in 2010, and recently a business software called FocalContact, that offers clients a full suite of cutting edge digital marketing tools to streamline the process from setup to self management at one affordable price. Lee’s dedication to empower businesses, with the knowledge and tools to be successful in their own pursuits, is also very evident in her representative roles as Google Australia's Grow with Google Trainer, Mentor for Federal Govt's Female Founders Initiative and UNE’s Startup Regional Incubator (UNE-SRI). Lee's primary role, as a dedicated digital & social media marketing strategist, is to help you be found, grow through influence & evolve with brand loyalty strength. Gabe’s experience goes back nearly 10 years, helping an expansive variety of SMBs realise their growth potential and achieve them through both practical and complex, digital strategies. Gabe lives life first. Personal growth, creativity, family and friends are his drivers for a richer life. Event Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be advised via email 7 days prior to event day.
• No refunds will be considered for not showing up or for cancellations within the 7-day period.
