ABOUT REBECCA Rebecca Swanson is a dedicated professional in the fields of emotional wellbeing, human potential, and personal mastery. Formerly a corporate executive who personally experienced a physical and mental breakdown from adrenal exhaustion, this being her awakening. As a single mum with 3 young children, and an overwhelming sense of frustration and emptiness, she decided to take control of her life and make some serious changes. A process of self-rediscovery led to a degree in psychology, training certifications in NLP, many alternative therapies and ancient wisdom studies. As an international speaker, who has appeared in the International Business Times, NBC and Fox among others, Rebecca shares her own journey and understands how a powerful and successful life comes from understanding and connecting with oneself. Through her workshops and private sessions, Rebecca combines neuroscience and ancient wisdom with lessons from her personal journey to inspire, educate and motivate women.
