About The Event

To help ensure that your sales and marketing strategies are aligned with the culture of your business. Strategies that do not achieve their full potential are often not because of the poor strategic direction but due to a disconnect with the culture that exists in business. We will work through how to identify if this gap exists including tools to measure the gap and steps to remedy and accelerate sales through cultural alignment.

Shane McNulty is an experienced CEO, executive coach, management consultant, facilitator and trainer with both local and international operating experience.

He's created three successful start-ups as well as managed publicly listed companies.

These skills are matched with strong communication skills that create an environment of collaboration with teams & individuals to quickly distil issues and opportunities into actionable solutions.

Our carefully selected experts share their knowledge in a friendly small group format, with plenty of opportunities to interact and ask questions. The workshops are practical and informative, jam-packed with ideas and tips you can take back and implement in your business and your life.

Workshops run monthly and last for one hour each.

The virtual event format means you don’t waste more time travelling than you do learning. You can relax and learn in the comfort of your own office or home, interacting freely with your workshop leader and peers.

Numbers are limited to a maximum of 30 so that everyone can have a chance to participate and ask questions.

Many workshops come with a workbook or additional resources which are sent to you electronically in advance.
