Brad is a business development professional and expert in organisational behaviour leveraging both commercial and academic expertise. Having served clients in a wide range of sectors, his key areas of expertise include Change Management and Business Transformation. He assists companies to improve their operational performance and workforce capacity. Brad has completed his Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour at RMIT University in Melbourne. He examined the impact of organisational leadership on workplace attitudes. Several of his works have been presented at national and international conferences and have been published in peer-reviewed journals. With a background in professional sports, Brad understands the importance of leadership, communication and a structured and strategic approach to performance. He brings his experience into corporate organizations when he provides advice on organisational behaviour, leadership and strategy.
