What is Growth Gen? The Story

As the business world feels the effects of these challenging times, entrepreneurs are questioning the direction of their businesses and are looking for a holistic approach to doing business. The environment has changed for entrepreneurs and creating inspiring, practical and thought driven connections will be the key to fighting forward.

I'm a small business owner that went through the ups and downs of running my business and was inspired to talk about some of my learnings. Growth Gen was a concept that I developed as a part my endless pursuit of turning a particular subject matter into an engaging event. It was supposed to be, 'The Ultimate Sales and Marketing' event and oh how that tone changed since COVID. The concept was strong and maybe someday I will be able to develop it further however it gave me a chance to dig deeper and think about all the businesses and industries that are going through tough times at the moment. This was a great opportunity for me to share my skills as an event manager to showcase an engaging virtual event and my learnings in business.

There are two things that business has taught me:

ONE: Getting clarity on your direction in both life and business is the key to navigating your way through the tough terrain that these times and business in general will bring to you. The power of the mind is profound and the only way we can achieve our goals is by understanding who we are and visualising where we want to be in both life and business. That clarity is the key to a more full-filling work-life frame and balance.

TWO: The logistics, the business acumen or even hiring the right people to get you to where you want to be in business is super important for your success. Strengthen this and you will have a much better chance of surviving in business.

Growth Gen is an event platform that offers both mindful training and business acumen to deliver a generational and timeless work-life frame. (Generational refers to creating a mission to live your business. Work-life frame refers to structure and results).
